Artwork
Either EPS or AI vector is preferred; however, TIF, JPG and PSD files with a resolution of 300 dpi or higher at required product size are also acceptable. The doming process can slightly alter the Pantone colors in some cases. All attempts will be made to match Pantone specifications when they are supplied with the artwork.
Production Time
Production time is within 5 to 7 business days after artwork approval, for orders of 1000 units or less.
Pre-Production Sample
Physical custom samples are available at $5.00 per sample plus shipping cost.
Less than Minimum orders
For less than minimum orders, multiply the number of units to be ordered by the 100 unit cost of the item, then add $83 (C) to the total cost of the order.
Payment information
All first order is to be prepaid, Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
Orders Acknowledgements
All orders are acknowledged with a Proforma Invoice which need to be approved and signed by the customer before production of the order.

Return Orders
No orders may be returned without prior authorization from the factory. Disputes and claims must be made in writing to the factory within 5 business days following the receipt of the merchandise.
Cancelations
Due to the custom nature of our products, any order cancelled or changed after production has started will be invoiced for all items produced up to the time of cancellation.
Shipping
FOB CALAIS, ME for US customers and FOB Dieppe, NB (Canada) for Canadian and all
customers from others countries.
Large Quantity Orders
For orders over 2500 units, please call for custom quotes and delivery times.
Rush Charges (If rush production is possible)
Production times of 4 days or less will incur a $60 (C) rush charge.
Trademarks
We expect that our clients are authorized to use the registered trademark(s) submitted to our factory. We assume no liability in trademark or copyright infringements.
Zoogee®, Lucky Button Cover®, Lucky Golf Ball Marker®, Magic Magnet®, Rick Rock and Executive Style Packaging are all registered trademarks.
Distributor Self Promotions
